New Gear: Magicshine Allty 1200U and SeeMee 50 light set

The Allty 1200U front light and SeeMee 50 rear light need to be mentioned together as they pair with a remote control that you can operate from your handlebars. The wireless pairing is achieved with a tap of a button, so you can fl ick through the modes of both lights and turn off to conserve battery – all while barely moving your hands.

Cyclist got its hands on these lights and enjoyed the remote thoroughly, particularly when riding off road as it allowed us to keep our hands safely on the bars when changing brightness levels.

These front and rear lights each pack a punch and do as advertised. The Allty has a unique anti-glare beam lens and beam pattern that throws out light in a narrow channel, ensuring that if you’re riding on a narrow road or path you can be easily seen without blinding oncoming traffic or other riders.

The Allty 1200U is specifi cally designed to be mounted underneath an out-front computer mount and Magicshine provides one suitable to Wahoo or Garmin with the light. This makes $135 a bargain for the Allty 1200U, as you’re getting a computer mount and a light all in one.

$134.95 (Allty 1200U), $49.95 (Seemee 50), Magicshine Allty and SeeMe 50 Light Set.
