Lidcombe Auburn

They say: This great club has been an integral part of the local Lidcombe area since 1920. Our home base is the iconic Wyatt Park (Lidcombe Oval), your old style suburban track. We have four racing teams with a men and women’s elite squad and junior boys and girls. With over 400 members we are one of the biggest clubs in NSW and have an active racing and training program.

Club cafe: You can find groups of the Lidcombe Auburn riders at a couple cafes around the area. Lucky to have one of Sydney Morning Heralds best rated coffe shops in Sydney, Organica is a favourite after ride stop. Another cafe in the Concord area the club frequently visits is LaPalm. For a bite, Quad Café at Olympic Park offers seasonal salads and gourmet sandwiches, a healthy treat to refuel.

Star rider: Richard Lang is currently riding for Raleigh in Europe. His former teams includes Rapha Condor and Jayco AIS Development Team. A true star at the Lidcombe Auburn Cycle Club.

Club motto: The Friendly Club
